NES Privacy Statement

NES supports authorized D.R. Nelson employees with field work, task timing, notifications, and related business operations. We collect and use information only as needed to provide and protect these services.

Information we use

• Account, device, task, schedule, and time records.
• Location events near assigned worksites and company locations when background location is enabled.
• Photos, voice notes, and other work information employees choose to submit.
• Notification, printer, permission, and app diagnostic information.

Location and biometrics

NES uses background location to detect arrivals and departures near work locations. It does not use location for advertising. Face ID and other biometric data are handled by the device and are not received or stored by NES.

Sharing and retention

Information may be available to authorized company personnel and service providers that operate NES. Records are retained as needed for business, payroll, safety, security, and legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Device permissions can be reviewed in Settings. Employees may contact D.R. Nelson to request access to or correction of their information, subject to applicable business and legal retention requirements.
